In 2015, JinJu Chocolates was voted Best in Las Vegas. Designed by Jin Caldwell, master chocolatier, JinJu Chocolates expanded to 215/Rainbow, South West of Las Vegas. Like colorful little gem-orbs, the hand-crafted gourmet European-style bon bons—made with organic dairy—often come adorned with beautiful graphic decorations or perfectly tempered shells. Each batch is then carefully nestled into decorative boxes where they remain safe until their new owner rips open their packaging with their teeth. Special sea-salted caramels are also a JinJu specialty, with flavors like lemon caramel and chipotle cinnamon. Having over 100 chocolate confections, she also added Illy espresso drinks, homemade desserts and cakes.
