Inside Windy City Beefs N Pizza, the walls are painted that same bright yellow with framed Chicago sports memorabilia and city panoramas hung on top. It’s no surprise then, that the kitchen specializes in classic Chicago food, including the Vienna Beef hot dogs and Italian beef and sausage sandwiches.
